Desert Flag Football was established to expand youth NFL Flag as well as allow adults an opportunity to play flag football. We are a preferred NFL Flag league and a premier adult flag football league in the east valley.  Both youth and adult offer 5 on 5 non-contact flag football.

The league has different season for youth and adult:

• Adult Only - Winter season from January - March
• A Spring seasons  running from March - May
• A Fall season running from September - November.

The season is anywhere from 6-8 weeks of games and a week or two of playoffs / Championships. Youth Sessions are Saturdays and/or Sundays and the Adult games are played on Saturday Evenings.
